I thought I would take advantage of my red 325i being off the road at the moment and decided to re-locate my auxhiliary guages from the top of the dash(hated it and wished I'd never put them there) to the space where the centre dash vents once lived. I made the new guage panel from perspex, drlled the holes, cut a section from an old seat back, removed the black vinyl from the card and glued it to the perspex.

Very nice...you gonna write it up for everyone else???

Are you gonna paint your other needles to match?

Not gonna paint needles as looking to put cooler dials in soon. As for a write up - I will if the demand is there but tbh I don't think it is. Most zoners don't go for this kind of stuff. Also I think there already is a write up on something very similar - I think someone was making a custom guage mount from glass fibre or maybe it was just a thread about it that I read?????
