Nope, I just never brake, thereby preventing the soiling! I've been considering a change to front drums for safety reasons...
I actually found bottletops more of a PITA to keep clean, I couldn't get anything betwen the spokes and the dish to get the shit off.

Yup. I don't go in for lowering, although the moredoor is a bit roly poly. I've been thinking about replicating the m-tec setup with its minimal drop and adding touring arbs at the same time. The car's a keeper though, so I'm in no hurry to do anything, and the ride is exceptional - plus the dampers on it aren't all that old I don't think, without the file to hand.
Maybe one day it'll get a 2.7 and 325 suspension front and rear to compliment it.

Funny you should mention that, I prefer them aux naturelles too - more old school. They're actually a bit streaky from the black polish stuff I used, but it doesn't really show up in the pics.

Now I now what 15" BBS' s look like with standard ride height. 14" and standard height looks a 4x4.

Nice looking moredoor,i havent been here that long but even i have noticed that the moredoors are getting more publicity.
Maybe people are realising that they are not that bad, after all it is an E30.
Looking forward to my moredoor getting its shiny new paintwork over the winter.

Looks beautiful.
Can't beat the standard tailpipes. I just fitted a genuine Eber...something or other BMW back box. Thought I had it wrong at first as the tailpipes are pretty much level with the rear bumper! but the quality is 1st class and it makes a lovely noise.
