erm, air filter, backbox, steering wheel, seats and some bits missing


im normally a VW man but i fancied a little RWD for winter :)

Well seems your running rims that fit a Golf 2. I would suggest getting a set with the correct offset. If you like the look of your rims then I'd suggest Alpina's. You can get some 17 inch replica's. They would really make the car look nice. And once the foghlight holes are either occupied by a foghlight or a covering plate well then its going to be a nice e30 that.

im working on a set of 15x8 zenders off my mate so fingers crossed!

it had fog lights in when i got it but they just fell out while driving hahaha

it didnt really need that much filler haha! i made too much so i have a hell of alot of rubbing down to do :(

painted the boot lid matt black just for the sake of it really, painting in the cold is a bad idea tho

smoked headlights
black grille trim

resize it in microsoft picture manager if you have it, then upload it to photobucket or imageshack :D

If you're going for VW styling then get rid of the inside lights and it'll look more like a golf.

On the filler....did you sand it back to metal where you've applied the filler or just slap it on top of the paint? It's not going to stick if you haven't sanded it down! :?

Oh, and the bootlid has quite a reflection in that shot...you sure you sprayed it matt and not gloss black?

the ones from the t piece under the back failed due to corrosion so i replaced them and the brakes did work spot on!! nowt wrong we my workmanship mate.

golf gtis have 4 lights on the front,
yes i sanded the paintwork before i put the filler on,
and yes i painted the bootlid with matt black! its just wet in the picture!

Hiya, did you sell a silver Mk1 Jetta on coilovers last year? If you did, I was going to come and have a look at it just before I bought my E30 but my wife put me off the idea..DUH! I'm sure that I recognise the house in the pictures from the ones of the Jetta on Pistonheads- it looked the bollocks, as does the red one in the pic above. :cool:
