Had her out this morning while it was still dry to give her a good wash and give AutoGleam aqua wax a go. Anyway, here are the results:

Yeah I know the front valance is scratched and hanging. Its coming off for repair so I'll be after a new fixing kit for it soon. Quite pleased with the aqua wax overall though.

Fitted my hottuning fannymould yesterday. She looks lovely and, coupled with a new and hole free middle box, sounds just lovely.

That lovely gold colour after a few miles.....

Beautiful example of a sport mate, the 6 branch looks lush under the hood, so much better than the standard cast manifold. Have you had the car re-mapped yet? And how does it sound? winkeye

Diamond Schwarz....

Somewhere in the garage at the back is the beginnings of a 2.8 build. Not touched through lack of time and laziness :o: Will happen soon though.

Cheers

Nah, not yet mate, and to be honest I doubt I will until the 2.8 is done. It sounds lovely and has actually quitened the engine down a bit, which is nice. It also feels a little quicker at higher revs anyway, though it could be my imagination.

Cheers

thats a lovely looking motor you have there but i was wondering if you could do me a favour and take a pic of the whole engine bay as i'm toying with the idea of painting the inlet manifold but don't want the engine bay to look too dark

cheers

Tell you what, it looks like I've got the day off today so I'll get some interior and engine bay pics up.

As for headlight wipers... I'm not terribly fussed about them. May fit a set one day but there are way down the list of things to do.

Cheers

It's not actually fella. I gave it a good clean up when I had the inlet manifold off to spray it, but that was a while ago now.
