Hi there, E30 lovers! I'm new here, so let's start with soms pics.

I have a '88 316i with just over 110k miles driven now.

Engine
M10B18 injection
K&N airfilter
Sebring exhaust (76mm)

Suspension
Standard

Brakes
AT̉ۡ Powerdisc front rotors with BMW pads
Pagid rear drums and pads

Wheels & Tyres
Original 14" alloys
Toyo 195/65/14 tires

exterior
Front foglight
Clear indicators front
Sunroof
Electric antenna

Interior
Leather sports steeringwheel
Rear headrests
Rear armrest
Rev counter

ICE
Head unit: Sony CD player
Front: JBL P-52 compo
Rear: JBL P-62 compo
Sub: JBL GT3-12
Amp: JBL 4*50 Watt RMS
Yellowtop battery

Security
Original BMW doorlocks

Performance (If known, no wild guesses please)
102 hp originally, then maybe +0,5 hp for the K&N filter and Sebring exhaust :)

Future Plans
Add powersteering!!
H&R lowering springs 40/15mm
Maybe 16" or 17" Alpina II alloys but I'm not sure yet (makes the car look faster than it is Image :) )

Well that's about it. I retrofitted al the options mentioned above, as none of them were on the car when I bought it, except for the sunroof :)

Take care!

Nothing special Image just a small update with some fresh new images... Now with the rear headrests, sunscreen en Sebring... and some minor cosmetic improvements...

(Also a secret attempt to make it into the "Members E30's" section...) Image :)

That type of console was used in cars which had a clock in place of the rev counter. The radio is centered in the space where the radio and clock would normally be.

Heheheh yes my car didn't have a rev counter when I bought it, just that big silly clock next to the tacho  I will get a new centre console soon with OBC1...

Alpina's would look great jeah, and the BBS X-spokes too... Not sure wich of the 2 I will choose... (Big Alpinas are maybe a bit too 'sporty' for just a 316 Image) But first I need powersteering :)

Thanks guys!

I got the bumperstrips from Ebay.de, they are the original ones as used in the US. The lights are not 'recessed' though as on the E34, they lie on top of the strips, but it looks really neat and 'OEM' anyway!

Here a close-up pic:
