Those 1602/2002's or whatever they were seemed to be going very well.
I thought that was you Alex, good effort from the IS. It was very windy.
What is it they spray on the strip before they start? Some kind of sticky stuff to aid traction?

I don't think many people did good times, I get the impression they were down.

Conditions were Humid, track was crap, massive headwind, everyone suffered, even the ones with powerful engines didn't beat last years times.

[quote="clarko74"]Those 1602/2002's or whatever they were seemed to be going very well.
We had an absolute blast.

The run above against the E46 M powered E30m3 must have created a few smiles. Me for one.
Times were 14.5 to 14.8 all day for the alpina M2 ( GDL)and 14.4 to 15.8 for the M50 (JRO). The 15`s were due to Russ , I Can`t find third having a few mis shifts . The head wind affected everyone and must have been at least 15-20mph. M2 went well Not bad to its first trip to the pod.
Cheers,
Dave

Great pics. I had really crap starts. Could not get any grip. The best I could get in the end was 16.76 which is still poor. With practice and the right conditions it could have been much less.

Thanks Rav.
Had pleasant surprise this evening to see the postman had delivered a trophy, Winner Class A BMW show 2010 RWYB.
Not bad for a 35year old tub with a older heavy old fart driving.
