As promised 'a couple' of pics. :)

Rav would have complained otherwise as he noticed me walking around with the telephoto!

Image

Unfortunately I get quite easily fatigued with car shows. The monotony of taking a shot of each car is tiresome and it often ends up being quite a chore even if shooting plenty of exotic metal.

As such, decided to go more for the detail side of things, as well as the occasional whole model shots if in the mood. Moreover, I stopped taking shots fairly early on owing to a fairly decent headache - always happens when I use my camera for more than a couple of hours - must be an eye focus thing .

Image

As usual, the setting of the Motor Heritage Museum makes a great backdrop for the biggest BMW show in the UK. Weather was kind, so much so on the way back, manage to burn my nose!

Image

Usual suspects present, with the various 'Registers' showing off their respective 'Series'.

My favourite...the 'O2 reg. Always loved these cars and if I had the money, time and expertise would be my BMW of choice.

Some great examples on display, including a LHD US model in black. Me likey. 8)

Yep quiet a good day out. Not many E30's but that meant the standard of the ones which were there was very good.

Got bored and left at 2.30 though. Was a nice drive back doing only 70mph

Some good pics in there.

but I really don't feel I missed anything by not being there. At least the RS Owners Ford lot have a trackday going on at the same time. And their cars don't have the tag line "Ultimate Driving Machine" either.
