In 2015 I remember this meet was brilliant, there wasn't room for any more e30s so the pavement was lined with them too (including mine). Its a shame that for the last 2 years although 50+ people have put their name down to attend that only 20 or so have turned up on the day! I had high hopes this year given that this was the first year the meet was advertised on the Facebook group. The ace cafe when full of e30s is a wonderful sight especially when they're all lined up and arranged by the parking attendants.
Thanks still to the organisers - it was an enjoyable evening nevertheless. Perhaps we can do more next year to draw more of a crowd e.g competitions? or personally inviting members with well know cars or using it as an opportunity for a reunion of sorts for old school Zoners etc.
I'm more than happy to help. I live down the road from the cafe!

Seemed a bit dead, my son hobbled around and my daughter in law feigned an interest. Left at about 20:00 not the same atmosphere as in past years and no PP struggling to get out of a Z1.

Yea it was def not as lively as previous years, there was a few factors including Ramadan and the weather which I think contributed to this but hopefully it will be more lively next time!SexyLady wrote:Seemed a bit dead, my son hobbled around and my daughter in law feigned an interest.
