AAh,
Now I understand,
Thanks Gordon,

By the way,
I'm hoping to be back in a BM quicker than previously thought, I (might) be picking up another motor in the next couple of days,
a green E30 Touring,
I'll have to wait & see but at least if I do I'll fit in on the hill better then,
:D

when is the lulworth meet ? not been back since i stupidly decided to climb the door, got 3 quaters of the way up,looked down, and froze , couldnt go up nor down and had visions of me falling off to my death, horrible expirience, i eventualy got down going so slow, and once down and feet on the ground, i felt like i was re born :D  lovely place mind

whats the thoughts on a different portsmouth area meet ? i personly think broad marsh would be a nice place for one, nice big car parks and not many people around all over the place wizzing past , and a perfect set up to line the cars up and take some nice group pics, 5 mins away too

Lulworth meet is 17th April mate.

Regarding different Portsmouth area meets, a large flat carpark in near proximity of food and drink, or in near cruise range of a pub / food place, again with suitable car park is all that's required. No probs with change. It's just that the burger van does good food, and has a great view.

Feel free to let me know if you want help sorting a meet, I'm in Poole so don't know Portsmouth that well, but happy to help with the planning if you have ideas and locations for meets / cruises.

what time does the lulworth meet start and whats the general plan ?

i like the hill of course, and has all the points you stated and just a 10 min drive for me, but on a sunday its very busy, end up huddled in a corner, takes 20 mins to que for something to eat or a que you look at and think "sod that" and dont bother  and generally its packed with cars

broadmarsh say- we could even take a few portable bbqs and cook our own easily enough with lots of space, nice sea view too and better ability to line all the e30s up niceley for some super pics, and only 1 or 2 mile drive for anyone wanting a boiger from micks on the way

the trundle up overlooking goodwood would also make for a nice meet- really fantastic views and some nice cruising roads on route, although that probably gets busy on a nice sunday with walkers/dog walkers etc, must be some other places we can think off ?

I'm in Farlington, right on the Bedhampton border by 40acres, so literally just up the road from Broadmarsh!!
Don't know of a green cabby around here fella...
