HI

The coolant light is always On on the check control panel near the sunroof switch. indicating that I need more coolant.

I've changed the level sensor and checked the sensor connector and the wires for any breaks.
All looks fine

Don't know what else to look for??

:( :?

Take the sensor out of the expansion tank make sure the float runs up and down the pole cleanly, also wipe off the pole and if you can take the float off and get a cloth and clean the inside of the float give them both a mega good wipe, i found that was all that was wrong with mine, refitted and coolant light went out. Hope this helps solve your problem.

Try shorting out the connectors to the sensor, a short length of electrical cable with the insulator removed works well - if the light stays on you know its the cabling.

Remember the light won't go out until you reset it by switching the ignition off and on.
Check that you've got the correct replacement switch. GSF have sold me the wrong one on two occasions. The light will only go out when the coolant is low with the wrong switch.
There's a slight difference in length between the two.
