Elloo!

I've tried a quick search but seem to get lots of peoples cars for sale :(

Is there an easy (or even not so easy) way of freeing up the electric window mechanism? I've never seen one like it before, I was expecting the usual large gear, spring and sliding parallelogram type arrangement!

Instead, there's some funny split tubey thing with some wire in it and the window attached.

I've tried greasing up inside the tube, but it's still quite difficult to move :(

Help MEEEEE!

Cheers!

Alex

Hi,
i have the same ones on my 325, they are the old type mech`s fitted to pre 88 E30`s

the best way to get em working is to use brake/contact cleaner or similar to get rid of the old grease, the put some nice new grease in
