Diff Bush for LSD

I know you can fit other bushes than standard in the diff, but can you all post the different ones you've seen available? I'm interested in anything from uprated standard ones from BMW through to solid ones if there is such a thing! It's for the racer!

Z3M bush, cheap as chips dealer part.
Smaller gaps, more rubber. A solid aluminium bush would surely be easy to make? Not suitable imo.
