Can anyone tell me if 320i heads (731 casting) are as prone to cracking as the 325i 885 type?
Cheers

i think the question was more, is the 2.0 head thicker thank the 2.5.
Is it more prone to cracks or warping ?!

iirc, the 2.0 head has smaller valves/combustion chambers, so therefore, less material has been removed from the head, meaning that there is more material to seperate the oil and coolant ways...
therefore I belive it would be less prone to cracking than the 2.5
