Hi, does anybody know the best budget spprings for lowering a 316i E30? Also do you have to do the dampers as well? Many thanks. :D

Yeah lowered/uprated springs can be fitted first ok

Try GSF and EuroParts for Boge or Bilstein springs/dampers..


Also keep an eye on ebay..

Don't bother with PI springs..
