I have been around a few garages & they all say the timing chain is not the problem (cant be worn) -is this true? How about sprockets? Some of them suggest to change a guide (tensioner side) or tensioner itself (have changed this a year and half ago). My chain does rattle (318is)-I can hear it catching the cover even at low rev. Please advise as I am going to buy all the bits this weekend.
