hi any body had this problem where there is a lack of hot air coming out of the heaters. it feels like there is no power to it. even if i turn it up to full. i was thinking of changing the matrix, but when i run a hose through it it seems fine no leaks. i also found that 1 of the plastic vents which run into the floor was missing so i hav ordered 1 of those from bmw, could this be the problem, or any other suggestions

More likely the electric valve has failed shut. If you remove the panel above the glove box, then the panel to the right of the glovebox, you will see it just behind the bulkhead where the heater pipes enter the car.
