I need to put some grey vinyl door cards in my Sport after selling the cloth ones with the interior (you got a bargain there Hofmeister!!).
They were a piece of piss to take out, but to put the new ones in, do you have to take the rubber window seals out and the wing mirror speaker pods?? The rubber didn't seem to want to come out when I tried and I didn't wanna break anything!!!
Anyone know of a way to put the cards in but avoid removing the rubber??
How to change door cards...

take the rubbers off but keep the clips on the rubber then put trim on and finally line uo the trimrubber and push down should slot on mate Daz
ps you dnt need to take window seals off just the 1 above the door panel bottom of glass that sits flush with the door panel top

Hi - I recently swopped all 4 door cards on mine - you don't actually need to remove the top door inner rubber - if you are careful, you can get the door card under the seal and over the metal clips at one end, then carefully prise up the seal and slide the card under. Sorry, cr*p description, but I know it worked fine. Could damage seal or clips taking it out. Also, be very careful with card clips which fit to door and snap in. I found 8 broken in total when I swopped cards, had to cannibalise off old door cards to fix. HTH
