HELP!!!!!!!!

I have got a 325i cab with uneven window overlapping and severe rattling of the windows when i go over a road bump. This problem has causd me all sorts of issues including my interior being wrecked by leaking water via the windows. Is there any way I can align these to form a water tight complex? My windows also catch on the hood on the pasengers side. Extremely stressed as a number of mechanics (including BMW dealers in coventry) were unable to fix the issue. Anyone out there who can HELP!!!!!!!!!
iv heard that there are stoppers on the window mechanisms that can help you adjust the windows to give a tight fit? I need to work out where they are and play around with them. if i find out where they are i will post sum pics on to help fellow e30 cab owners...mean while i will put some pics of my own car displaying the problem for other forum users to comment and help on
