Merry Xmas to one & all.

I have a 1988 325i auto (Touring) with aircon. I need a radiator to get me out of the sh*t until I find the right one. I know the oe auto a/c rads in the 320i & 325i (Coupes, Saloons & Tourings) are all the same & are a bit taller & have the rhs switch hole but I can't find a 2nd hand one anywhere local at the moment to get me out of the brown stuff.

So as a short term fix does anyone know if I can do a straight swap with the rad out of a standard auto without aircon? Would it make any difference to the cooling side of things or the fitment as I don't want to have to modify anything.

I know it would mean leaving the a/c electric fan disconnected but I'm not using the a/c in this weather anyway!

Thanks.

Anyone know please - they have the same layout but I don't know the dimensions to hazard a guess?

It should work fine.

Do you have 1? If you need, feel free to give me a shout.
