electric window switches not work

hi im new to forum jst wondering if some1 could help with trouble with electric window switches they only go up and down when the door is open does any1 no why and how to fix pls.

do they not go up and down with the ignition is on?

OE electric windows should only work with the ignition on OR with the front doors open.
If they work with the doors open, but not the ignition on, check fuse 17, and if this is OK, unplug relay K6 in the fusebox (marked on lid), and link together pins 30 and 87 of the socket with a short piece of wire. If this makes them work, post on this forum again.
