Hood set up sequence.

Now the motor is re-built (Bloddy hard work taking all the gears out and re-ftting in right order.not fun) What is is the correct procedure of setting the hood to work again after temporaily being manual? i know there are micro switches and there IS a set way of doing it. there have been posts previously on the zone. cheers.
