Hi
My next projest is to replace standard suspension with 40mm lowering springs and MTECH shocks also EVERY ball joint and EVERY bush .
Anyone got a full list of these items i need to buy?

http://www.motormec.co.uk/ are very good with quality items (don't know what you mean by MTECH shocks - Boge gas turbo are well thought of)
M-tech springs only ever drop the E30 by 15-25mm depending on the model (correct me if I'm wrong E30zone world); Aftermarket 40mm may (or may not) look better, but it won't handle as well on normal roads - depends if you want the car to drive or to pose
Whatever - Motormec are friendly guys who know what they are talking about, and will be able to tell you what you want, and send it all together in a lovely parcel
