What are these from? 16 inch BBS 4 stud, et 20

They have been on an E30 with 205/50 rubber, I havnt seen them on the car though, the spoke pattern has a curve inwards onto the dish.

I would need some 8mm spacers to get them to fit right?
What about spigot rings?

I quite fancy them as they are not seen very often, not to mention the 16 inch business 8)

It's also to do with the width of the wheel, but as Scott said, they will go straight on.

wrong. it's the other way round. 8mm spacers will make a ET20 wheel into ET12.
ET20 should be fine, though a little coser to the arches but not by a massive amount

according to this page, ET15 to ET18 is right. probably baased more on looks than handling so being halfway between should be ok

E30 = ÃËa72.6mm
Golf = ÃËa57.1mm
from here: http://www.alloywheelsinternational.com/VOLKSWAGON.html
(nice spelling for VW!!!)
machining will be needed on the wheels if they don't have spigot rings that you can removed / swapped

E30 is 57.1mm. E30 M3 is 72.6mm. IIRC.

TECHNICALLY, the WHEEL will always be et20. Using spacers will change the EFFECTIVE offset though.

Well, I went with cash in hand and they turned out to be 15 inch :roll:

Seems we had confused each other in between a set of Alpina's and E39 16 inch BBs :mad:

Was a nice thought though :(
