can anyone tell me what my carb options are on my 1987 316 please?

am I right in thinking that this is the M10 engine? 1.8?

Yes itll be an M10.
Original carbs were made by Pierberg I think and are basically shite.
Weber upgrade is best or maybe a good time to stick some bike carbs on :P

ooooooo bike carbs sounds nice, I have a zx9r Ninja for playing on and I'm a member on a good bike site :)

any ideas what carbs I need and what else I would need to do ?

I also think I was told a 2litre Sierra carb bolts on?

Cant help with either which bike carbs or if a Sierra carb would fit sorry.
There are a couple of M10`s on here running bike carbs though so maybe worth pursuing winkeye
