Might have trouble with the discs, but fitting the calipers is just a case of making up suitable brackets and then plumbing them in.
If you've got some manufacturing facilities/contacts then there's no reason why not (although you would need to source some different discs as those almost certainly wouldn't fit on the front even if you did have 5 studs)

You can redrill discs to fit 4x100 pattern.

Problem with those discs is that the dish of them would almost certainly cause them to clash with the track-rod ends.
You could probably get some of the 280mm discs that Rally design use with the Wilwood kit. They sell these seperately if that's any help?

The wheel size/offset is usually the main problem with fitting non standard calipers - if there's enough room you could almost certainly get them to work with some inginuity and patience!
