Im busy taking the engine apart so I can see if the head or gasket has gone but there is a little wire that goes into the fuel rail under the inlet manifold and Im not sure how it comes out.
It goes into a plug at the bottom but I cant see any way of taking it out from here and I dont want to pull it from the fuel rail incase it doesnt come off there!

Anyone know how to get this little sh** of a wire off?

Cheers!

Yeah the bottom goes onto a round twist plug but this this connected to a metal bar with the other pipes and only the bottom half of the plug appears to twist off?
