My speedo's needle is now down (near the counter) instead of just below the 0 mph (I think I have lost the spring but not sure)-is there anyway of fixing it? Or is anyone here has spare speedo or the whole cluster for sale (prefer mileage 130000-135000)?

Just open and twist the needle to either bump stop (internal & invisible - not a peg on the face), then twist a bit more and the needle will slip on the shaft.
