kent ca and pullys

hi i know a lot of people opt for shrick cams, but iv already got kent cams in my 2.5, they are not so bad as iv manage 191bhp with 185 torque with the addition of ported polished head, 6 branch, superchip. but recently my head has cracked so while the lots off i was jus wondering what difference a kent pully would make as the new head has to be skimmed as well. also is there any other mods i can do to ekk out a little more power.
