uprated anti roll bars

Car rolls quite a bit if you really push it so does anyone have a recommendation re uprated anti roll bars how much where from etc? Do the drop links etc stay the same? And can I get away with just doing the front or will I need both ends? as always, cheers muchly!! :cheers:
