OK so I know how the OBC immobiliser works, (and it was factory fitted so it does work) But when I enter the wrong code a couple of times there is just a relay clicking noise from under the dash. Sould a horn be sounding? and if so which one?
Cheers

The OBC has it's own horn for when you get the wrong code.
It's behind a metal plate up above the left brake duct (underside of where the ABS pump is).
It's run off a switched ground from the OBC relay box (brown/yellow through the bulkhead) and gets a permanent 12v via red/black or red/white from fuse 27.
Should be enough to debug & fix! HTH.

Cheers mate
I should think the horn or the wire is just buggered from not being used

The temperature sensor is just a resistor: polarity isn't important.
If you're sure you have the correct wires on the OBC side (displayed temp goes from freezing to boiling when the two wires are shorted), just connect them any way you like to the sensor.
