why wont my engine start...?

after being in the garage for the last year plus, the 325iSE decides it wont start on me (im fairly sure this could one of two things...)

either the starter motor is sezied (wehich i dont hear any sound comming from it, and ive whacked f00k outta it a few times too!)

or...

i have possibly removed a relay / fuse from the fusebox?

here is a pic of my fuese box, can anyone with a pre facelift 325iSE tell me if all looks okay please?

I know its raining outside here in the North East, but is there nobody who would care to check there fuse box layout for me please? :roll:
