the surround shud clip off. . . .just fiddle around with it. . . and then ul have an insert on each side of the headunit, thats where the keys go. the keys will click into place and the unit shud slide out. piece of cake!!

If you havn't got the keys to remove it just slide a couple of thicker feeler gauges down the sides and then give it a gentle pull
