hey guys i have a problem with my battery dying if i leave the car for about 4 days.

my indicators,wind screen wipers n radio all work wen there is no keys in the ignition is that normal?

if anybody has any ideas that would be great!

Mine did this, turned out to be the "SI" board batteries in the instrument cluster, changed for a replacement board and all OK now :D

After 4/5 days mine was completly dead, not enough charge to start after 3 but dash lights came on !

yeah mine is the same m8, ill have 2 look into changing the board! any ideas where i wud get 1?

anybody have any other ideas?

set a multimeter up on the battery with the multimeter set to current. then go over to the fuse board and start pulling fuses. when the current drops thats the fuse thats causing problems, refer to manual for what the fuse does. then check if the components that are attached to that fuse are faulty, if that dont work u cud wire a realay up ti the fuse, so when the car is knocked off the relay trips, so its like the fuse is pulled, thats what i did on mine.

ive tried removing the fuses with the multimeter attatched to the battery but everything seemed ok. ive had an auot-electrician out a while ago and he couldnt find anything wrong either guess im just gonna have to keep removin the negative cable from the battery if i leave the car for a couple of days :(
