disc brakes onto 318?

hi,im puttin my 325 into a 318 shell,what do i need to do to put the discs on? do i need to change pipes/servo/master cylinder? cheers for your help!!

If it's ABS you need to change a lot but if it's just discs you will need the hand brake cables/extra hoses the rear hub carrier's (trailing arms) and if you do that it's just as easy to change the whole axle carrier as you will have to change the diff as well.
In the haynes manuel it goes on about driving the drift pins out (they come out under the rear seat) but it's just as easy to leave them in and drop the whole unit and don't forget the anti roll bar.

im changing the diff over anyway,so that wont be a problem,thanks alot
