I fitted a GSF sourced clutch kit (LUK) on the 2.7 2 years ago, no problems so far and it's had 20 laps ragging around the Nurburgring.

If it came out at half the price of a Sachs or Lux clutch from GSF or Eurocarparts, then it might be worth considering. Since it costs the same, what's the point?

A standard 325i clutch kit can handle turbo'd 325i power so an uprated one is totally unnecessary IMO.
