I tried the suggestion for LEDs for this, they lasted two days!!I then took a deep breath and paid the stealer £20 for the proper fitting.I keep telling myself that you remember the quality long after the price is forgotten(via clenched teeth...do not tell er indoors..)Off topic, its er indoors 50th birthday in July,I am trusting to zoners to keep reminding me...please...

If you mean the bulb that lights up the buttons then it's the dealer I think, as the bulb is not seperable from the holder.

If it's the lcd display panel then you need to get your sodlering iron out and get two bulbs from maplins. Take the light bar with you from the OBC (it slides out at the side) and match it with one in their catalogue (I got some 12v bulbs). It took me less than 10 minutes to remove the old bulbs and solder new ones in. I'd previously never picked up a soldering iron either!

No need to waste £20 on the panel from the dealers.

watch out for the postage costs though from CPC!
I bought mine with a load of other stuff, so postage was free.

dont forget to change both bulbs at once and they are wired in series so if one blows the other stops working just heat the solder and pull the old bulbs out ....solder the new in test them and of you go i paid 30p each for my bulbs
