I'm running my 325 cab on 15" BBS ,since I raised the suspension from 60/40 to 35/35 there has been a noise that sounds like a very high tyre rumble which starts at 40 mph and then staysat higher speeds. there is no vibration, no pulling to the sides ,wheel bolts are all tight....I,m hoping the tyres have just worn unevenly with the previous set-up and will sort themselves out...but any other ideas???

I would say the tyres.

When a car sits at 40/60 the tyres wear unevenly as the car is trying to sit at a dynamic equalibrium, so it sits with more wieght on the inner wall, and will wear the tyres away to suit.

now you have changed the set-up, the shape of tyre will have an effect on things, if worn badly or unusally (i.e on inside more than outside) then just change them when necc and you'll be fine.

-also, i had really really bad 'alpina replicas' wobble - 2 new front tyres and it perfect....never underestimate old shitty tyres

Have you got any photos of how the car sits at 35mm?
What springs/kit did you use?
What is the ride/comfort like?
Didi it affect scuttle shake?
Where did you get them from?

Very interested as I want to lower my front a touch soon. I have the same wheels on standard tyres.

Re the noise, check nothing is chafing the wheel/tyre, and check the front wheel bearings and ball joints, changing the struts can be fairly invasive..
Also check the ABS pickups/rings.
