Sorry guys, i know there was a sticky on this but i have searched and cant find it.
Need to change oil and filter in my 320i but cannot make head nor tail of the bmw recomendations.
The car is a 1988 model and has covered 55K and drives approx 350 miles a week mostly on motorways. what would people recommend in terms of viscosity,type (ie mineral/semi/fullysynthetic) and what manufacturer.

cool so a Semi seems the way to go, but what sort of viscosity, the users manual seems to give about 8 different suggestions!!??
