Anyone know a good way?

Fitted my new Smoked Hellas today and they're full of condensation.

Turn them on and leave them on M8, its the only way, hairdryer works quite well too.

Smacks of e36 wrongness to me though, they sufer all the time with this.

Unsealed units (like normal BMW ones [see TIS note])? Just leaving them on for a bit will evaporate the condensation by the bulb heat.

If not, try what I did with my fogs - open the bulb mount plate for a bit with them running, then reseal with the lamp still on. ...though I don't think the design allows for that.

Mine were like this too when I first fitted them, what I did was remove the backings, and applied heat directly to the glass, it will evaporate quicker this way, then use some grease on the seals and put the backs back on, and make sure they're tight.

Worked for me!
