Rattling Baffles

The baffles inside my rear silencer have come loose and rattle around. Is this going to cause me problems or should I just turn the music up louder? Also does anyone know if its an MoT failure?

hey how ya going, yes you will probably have issues with MoT because I assume since your baffles are coming loose it is polly louder, otherwise its not a problem but its quite an embarrasing noise. anyway whats a muffler cost 1oo bucks? too easy.
