Hey there everyone and Merry Xmas :D

I am the proud new owner of a E30 BMW 325I.

I didn't see an introduction section on the forums so i will just introduce myself here :D

I'm a petrol head through and through i love cars, bikes, planes all engines in general. My main car i drive is a nissan silvia 200 sx it can be seen here

I am a huge Jap car fan ( i can all hear you booing :D ) but i respect German cars alot. My friend swears by his e30's. He purchased a limited edition 318 cabrio about a year ago that was crash damaged. We spent a few months rebuilding it and he now drives that, therefore he gave me his old 325 :D

I've decided i am not going to modify the 325 that much as i have so much work to do on the Nissan, it is currently in a full head rebuild stage. But i would like to get the 325 up to drift status.

I am planning on having the diff welded and fitting some much harder and lower springs. I've also head you can fit an e36 steering rack with ease in order to shorten the amount of turn needed to reach full lock, as it seems the e30 requires nearly 2 full turns to reach lock.

So if anyone could give me some good advice on some really really really hard solid springs and some info on the steering rack it would be most appreciated.

thanks in advance
