As far as i'm aware- its only the window portion that is different on tourings rear doors.

Saloon has a radius, tourning has none......

Sorry to hijack, well im not really... Can I or should I say does the frame around the window/s on the rear doors come off short of cutting them off?? Id like to if its possible put the lower actual door off a saloon, but as stated the frame is diff.... So can it be changed??? :?
