Get the NGK Hi-Power ones - absolutely brilliant for 318i and iS.
Original BMW part number : 12 12 9 071 003 - about Ԛ£7 each + VAT.
NGK part number : BKR6EQUP
Expensive, but worth it - don't need to change them for about 25k miles !
