wiper arm angle

Hi Chaps,

Just wonering if someone might tell me whether the wiper arm on the drivers side should be cranked towards the screen? Or was it bent when knobheads broke into my roofbox. As the blade clips the rubber seal on the a-pillar.

Should lie parallel to the bottom of the screen when parked, I would think.
