Just got my dads e30 home and it has a judder at creeping speeds, mainly from back end, now I am thinking clutch on it's way out, but do you guys know any underlying prob? I am going to change the prop centre mounting aswell.........
Any other thoughts?
Regards Mark.

i would like to hear this one
i get it normaly after i start up, cold clutch...
not to serious but i dont like it, thought it was clutch related as i tried the "richy325i on-the-spot wheelspin" and the clutch slipped on me
i got the judders after that

In past experience it's been the clutch, but I have been out the E30 scene for a bit, cant see it being anything else really........

i was worried about diff mounts, or the diff itself, but it sounds fine and doesnt smell bad at all (burning smell or summin)
i think its the clutch, not that thats gonna be cheap anyway

I always had the assumption that it was a hot clutch that juddered? My old 316i did that when in traffic but no other time...

Yup we all seem to have the same problems and I am betting Clutch, like you say not a cheap job, Ԛ£100ish for clutch and I think I be fitting it myself, not too hard really.
