320 jerking

Can anyone advise me on a problem with my 320 touring, starts fine runs ok for about half a mile then suddenly jerks, then runs fine and never repeats over whole journey,this happens everytime i drive the car regardless of weather.i.e hot or cold or wet.

i had that on my 320i ,i changed the water sensor on the engine managment side ,its located on the thermostat housing ,i think its the blue one ,anyway i changed that and its been fine ever since ,give it a try ,there only bout a fiver in intermotor i think
