While in the process of fitting my new screen into it cage last night i blew fuse number 18. This wipped out my interior lights, the display on my OBC(but this still lights up of the ignition but is just a blank screen) and my stereo. I have since replaced the fuse but it hasn't solved the situation.
Any ideas?

That lot should be on fuse 21, 7.5A.
18 should be 30A for 99 degree aux. fan. (probably not fitted unless you have aircon).

Oh right, i'll have to double check that one, i haven't got aircon but there was a fuse in that slot that had blown
I also discovered that my rev counter and MPG gauge have also packed up, does anybody know if these run off the same fuse?

On mine the same fuse for the speedo is also the same fuse for the stereo if i remeber correctly it was fuse 12. this also stops your odometer (miles) working and of course your economy guage will move but register full scale readings either left or right. And your stereo wont work.

Will different fuses in different models do different things, if you get me?
Could do with an owners manual ofr a 318iS.
