De-chrome trim

My 320i came with factory de-chrome - one of the roof gutter strips fell off, and I got a new one from the stealer - not cheap, though, around £45 for the long roof gutter strip, plus the small clip which fixes it to the join of the rear strip. Unless you are lucky enough to find a de-chrome E30 at a scrappy, dealer purchase is the only option - no way these strips would go through thew post or parcel service and arrive in one piece, IMO.

OOps, forgot one important bit - the new strip from dealer just clips to the gutter, but mine was a bit of a sloppy fit. I needed to (very carefully) squeeze the strip together (its sort of a U section) so that it gripped the gutter rail securely.
