I was just wondering if i should use M3 toe angle specs(tracking) if i use the the M3 offset bushs on my Touring ?

Thats assuming theres a differance between M3 and non-M cars ?

Offset TCA bushes don't affect toe angles at all, they increase castor a little and thats it.

I thought a change in the caster angle might have a knock on effect in the tracking ?

Do you know where i might find the tracking specs' on the web ?
