Does anyone or has anyone on here fitted a super charger to there 325? Im just toying with the idea of putting one on my car, i would like to get it to about 250bhp. Would i have to do any mods to the engine? Its done some mileage now just short of 210K but its really strong, would i have to rebuild it if i ran low psi? Can anyone help thanks?

I'd strongly recommend a rebuild before doing a supercharger conversion.

I reckon you could make about 240ish bhp with a 6psi boost which would mean that even the compression ratio of the earlier 2.5 could be left standard.

I'm aiming for about 260bhp with my twin turbo conversion on 6psi with new engine management and throttle bodies.

Be careful about getting mini superchargers as I'm not sure they're big enough to support that kind of power/flow.

Good luck! Let us know how you get on :)

P.S. good engine management is likely to be the key to getting the most out of these type of converions as the ignition and it's ability to advance and retard according to boost affects both drivability, power and economy.
